CNEX-Flow Open Source Software
Introduction
CNEX-Flow is built on the work of the open source community. We're grateful to the maintainers and contributors whose software makes the Platform possible.
This page acknowledges the major open source components we rely on and the licenses they are distributed under. Your use of these components as part of the Platform is governed by their respective licenses, and nothing in our Terms of Service restricts any rights you may have under those licenses.

2. Licenses We Rely On
The components above, and the broader set of libraries we use, are distributed under a small number of widely used licenses:
- MIT — A permissive license that allows reuse with attribution and inclusion of the copyright and license notice.
- Apache License 2.0 — A permissive license similar to MIT, with an explicit patent grant and a requirement to preserve notices.
- ISC — A permissive license functionally equivalent to MIT.
- BSD (2-Clause and 3-Clause) — Permissive licenses requiring preservation of the copyright notice; the 3-Clause variant adds a non-endorsement clause.
- Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0) — A file-level copyleft license that permits combination with other code, while requiring that modifications to the MPL-licensed files themselves remain available under the MPL.
3. Your Rights Under Open Source Licenses
Your use of any open source component included in the Platform is governed by that component's own license. Nothing in our Terms of Service or any other CNEX-Flow agreement is intended to restrict, reduce, or override the rights granted to you under any applicable open source license. Where an open source license and our Terms conflict with respect to that component, the open source license governs for that component.
4. Complete List and Notices
The list above covers the principal components. The Platform also depends on many additional open source libraries (including their transitive dependencies), each under its own license. A complete list of open source components and their respective licenses, along with copies of the applicable license texts and required notices, is available on request.
To request the complete list, or for any open source licensing question, email admin@cnexflow.com.
5. Changes to This Page
As we add, remove, or upgrade components, the open source software we use will change. We will update this page from time to time to reflect material changes. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when this page was last revised.
We acknowledge and thank the open source community whose work makes CNEX-Flow possible. This page is provided for transparency and attribution; it does not grant any rights in CNEX-Flow's own proprietary software.
