Straight talk

What we promise —
and what we don’t.

We built and run our whole company on Connekz. So here’s the plain truth about what to expect — what it does brilliantly, and where you stay in the loop. The parts most software tucks away, and the controls that keep you firmly in charge.

About the numbers

The figures on this site are honest averages — not promises.

The honest bit

The graphs and timelines you’ve seen across CNEX-Flow are illustrations. They show the shape of the difference using general averages — they’re not the same number every time, and they’re not a guarantee you’ll hit them.

What that means for you

Your results depend on your team, your projects and the work itself. We’d rather show you something real and let you judge it than flash a number we can’t stand behind.

On AI getting things wrong

Connekz is powerful. It can also be wrong.

The honest bit

Connekz is a genuinely capable agent — it can run the platform, draft the email, write the proposal and ship tested code. And like every AI, it can sometimes be confidently wrong: the familiar “looks right, but isn’t quite” problem. We won’t pretend otherwise.

What that means for you

That’s exactly why you stay in the loop. Review its work before it reaches a client or production — we built the controls so you never have to take its word, or ours, on faith. This is true of every AI today; the difference is we say it out loud and design around it.

Who’s in control

You hold the keys — not us, and not the AI.

The honest bit

We’ll be straight with you: there’s no magic rule inside Connekz that stops it from doing what you ask — including pushing to production or merging a change. We don’t put a fake lock in front of it and call that safety.

What that means for you

The real control is yours, and it’s the kind you can verify. Connekz only reaches what you let it, through the access you give it. Scope those keys to exactly what you intend — and a mistake stays small and contained.

For example, you decide:

  • Read-only access while it reviews code
  • No production keys until you’re ready
  • A token that touches one repo — nothing else
  • Revoke any access, any time

Built to stay tidy

It won’t trip over itself.

Some limits are here on purpose — because they protect your work.

One task per project at a time

So your AI never fights itself or creates merge conflicts in the same codebase. That’s a deliberate choice, not a shortcoming.

Run projects in parallel

Need more done at once? A workspace holds many projects — run as many in parallel as your plan allows.

A couple more straight answers

While we’re being honest.

Memory is yours to curate

Connekz keeps what it learns about your work — but it treats new patterns as drafts, not gospel.

You keep the ones worth keeping. It gets more useful over time; that’s not a claim it’s never wrong.

No surprises on the bill

AI runs on credits, and heavier work uses more of them.

Run low and features pause gracefully — we’d never quietly run up a bill behind your back.

Why we tell you all this

If we’ll tell you where it falls short, you can trust us on where it shines.

That’s the whole idea. Try Connekz on your own work — scope it however you like, review everything, and decide for yourself.
