Why we built this
You weren’t supposed to be the engine.
You didn’t build a company to watch your best people drown in busywork — triaging inboxes, copying data between tabs, chasing the same follow-up twice. But that’s where the hours go: the craft and the judgment, waiting behind work that shouldn’t need a person at all.
We think that’s backwards. Machines should do the machine-work. Your people should do the human-work — the craft, the judgment, the calls only people can make.
So Connekz does the work. Your team makes the calls.

Built by its own AI in about three months — a fraction of the time a full team would need. Our team reviewed every step, then we ran our whole company on it. Now it's yours.

From a client email to a shipped reply.
Watch Connekz read an inbound email, open the deal, ship the work, and draft your reply — across three panels, in real time.

Connekz is watching for client signals across your inbox, calls, and chats.
Watching for client signals…
A client emails you.
Three teammates in one
One teammate. Three jobs.
The engineer that ships your code. The assistant your team talks to. The foundation that keeps every role in its lane. Your team directs all three — and never babysits.
Drop your tickets. Ship while you sleep.

A note from CNEX
One team. One Connekz.
3 months.
Hi —
CNEX-Flow is built by the team at cnex.co.nz in Aotearoa New Zealand. Here's how we got here.
We built
Connekz first — just the core agent. Then we taught it the tools it needed: how to read a sprint board, write the code, run the tests, draft an email, open a PR. Then we let it build the rest of the platform with us.
The pattern is simple — and it's the same one we're handing you. Humans plan and review. Connekz executes the predictable work in between. What would take a traditional dev team two to three years, our team built with Connekz in three months.
Connekz is human-capacity enhancement, not human replacement. Your team keeps doing the senior work — designing, deciding, reviewing. Connekz handles the predictable parts they don't love doing. Your team stays the same size. Their output multiplies. Your seniors get back to the hard problems they actually want.
If anything is unclear, or you want to see something we haven't built yet — we're a reply away.
— The CNEX team
How we work
- Plan
Execute- Review
- Ship
Connekz multiplies what humans can do. It doesn't decide what to do.
Three hard rules
Connekz lives by three rules.
Not policy. Code.
You decide what Connekz handles and what needs your sign-off. It works inside your existing rules — never around them.
Only does what you ask.
Refactor payment webhook handler
+312 / -48 · 18 tests passing
Awaiting your approval
Review every change, or let the work you trust ship on its own. You set the rules — Connekz follows them.
Only sees what your role sees.
- Read projects
- Create tasks
- Draft emails
- Remove a teammateowner-only
- Delete prod datalocked
- Read other teamsscoped
Sign in and Connekz acts with your exact permissions — if your login can't see it, neither can Connekz. Every teammate gets their own scoped Connekz.
Pauses and asks when unsure.
Need: which Stripe webhook secret to use here? The vault has stripe_webhook_prod and stripe_webhook_test. Reply with the env and I'll continue.
Awaiting your reply
Tuned to ask instead of assume. Hit something ambiguous? Connekz comments on the task and waits.

Before / after
A week in, the old way stops making sense.
Your week, before
- It’s 11pm and you’re copying a contact from the inbox into the CRM.
- A client emailed this morning. Nobody’s replied. Nobody noticed.
- Your best engineer context-switched off the build three times today.
- You worked Saturday — on the busywork, not the thinking.
Your week, now
- The inbox triaged itself. The tasks are already on the board.
- Connekz drafted the replies and a PR overnight. You reviewed them over coffee.
- Your engineers spent the day on the problems only they can solve.
- You logged off at six. Nothing dropped.
That’s the part nobody warns you about: once your team has the hours back, the old way is unthinkable.
A new kind of company
The lean ones are pulling ahead.
While everyone else is still triaging inboxes and copying data by hand, a new kind of company is quietly winning — shipping like teams three times their size, with clients who can’t believe how fast they move. They’re not bigger. They’re not better-funded. They just stopped doing the work a machine should do.
You’re early enough to be one of them. That’s the whole advantage.

Ready when
you are.
Hand Connekz the busywork — and give your people back the work they actually love.
