What's a Connekz credit?
A unit of work Connekz does — drafting an email, generating a section of code, running a research query, summarising a meeting. Cost per credit varies by task complexity. Your subscription includes a monthly credit allowance; top-up packs are available if you need more mid-cycle.
What happens if I don't use all my subscription credits?
Subscription credits refresh on the 1st of each billing cycle — unused credits don't roll over. If you regularly use less than your allowance, switching to a lower tier or going annual saves money. If you regularly run out, top-up packs or upgrading is the move.
How are top-up credit packs different?
Top-up packs roll over month-to-month and never expire. They're there as a safety net for when you run out of subscription credits mid-cycle. Subscription credits are used first; pack credits are consumed only when the subscription allowance is exhausted.
How does the free trial work?
30 days of full access. We require a credit card at signup — it confirms identity and removes the friction of a mid-trial payment step at conversion. You won't be charged until day 31, and cancelling any time before then costs nothing.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately — you keep your existing credits and get the new tier's remaining allowance prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you don't lose any prepaid days.
What's the annual discount?
Annual billing saves ~33% — effectively four months free. Same plan, same features, paid yearly instead of monthly.
What currencies do you support?
USD only. Prices are charged in USD regardless of your billing country.
What about refunds and cancellation?
Cancel any time from your billing settings — no phone calls, no retention scripts. Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are handled per our Terms of Service.
My team is bigger than 30 people. Can we still use CNEX-Flow?
