Where it started
We were the customer first.
CNEX is an IT company in New Zealand. For years we ran the way most shops do — and we kept tripping on the same things. A client email about a small feature would slip through the cracks. A fix that should have taken days dragged into weeks. Clients waited, and we hated it.
So we set out to build the thing we wished we had: a way to run the whole business — and actually deliver — without the dropped balls and the delays.

First, the engine
We didn’t build features. We built the thing that builds features.
Before a single screen of CNEX-Flow, we built Connekz — the AI engineer, and the engine that lets it actually do the work. And we were strict about it: roughly half of our three-month build went into that one thing. Simulation after simulation, test project after test project, until the core task-execution engine ran spot-on.
Everything that came next depended on trusting that engine. So we earned the trust before we leaned on it.

Speed only matters if it’s safe. So Connekz built an aggressive automated test setup for CNEX-Flow — one that exercises every screen, every popup, and every permission level, across organizations of wildly different sizes.
